About Us

Since 2012, Midcoast Marine Group has proudly served the marine infrastructure industry as a full-service heavy civil contractor specializing in complex waterfront and coastal construction projects. Our expertise spans public works, private development, and large-scale marine construction, including bridge repair and construction, port expansion, and full-service marina development.

Our clients include the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Department of Transportation (DOT), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), port authorities, municipalities, and other government agencies, as well as private owners and waterfront facilities. In 2022, following years of successful work on critical infrastructure, Midcoast Marine Group was acquired by MarineMax, one of the largest marina groups in the world. This strategic partnership enhances our resources and capabilities while strengthening our commitment to delivering high-quality, resilient marine infrastructure solutions.

We excel in Turnkey Marina projects, managing every phase from initial consultation and feasibility studies through design coordination, permitting, and construction execution. Our multidisciplinary leadership team, experienced project managers, skilled field crews, and trusted trade partners collaborate with top marine engineers and MEP partners to deliver award-quality facilities built to perform in demanding waterfront environments.

At Midcoast, we are solutions driven. Early coordination, proactive communication, and disciplined project management allow us to meet tight schedules, control costs, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. We emphasize value engineering throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that every structure—whether docks, marinas, bulkheads, pile-supported structures, or complex bridges—is durable, efficient, and built to last.

Our mission is simple: build resilient marine infrastructure that stands the test of time and back every project we complete with integrity, performance, and long-term relationships.
